Participants are invited to submit their abstract presenting Researches or Case Studies. Please complete the online procedure.
Deadline for abstract submission: August 31st, 2023 11:59pm CEST

Abstract submission is possible through the online procedure only.
Abstracts sent by fax or mail will not be accepted.
At least one of the authors is required to be a registered participant to the Congress.
Poster presents get the reduce fee.

All abstracts received will be evaluated by the Scientific Board.
All presentations will be held in English.

Contacts with Authors will be by email only. Please verify that your email address has been correctly typewritten during the registration procedure and don’t forget to check your email account regularly, also SPAM in-box.

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Abstracts must be submitted by completing the online procedure.

After a correct submission, a confirmation message will be automatically sent to your email address. Please DON’T try to submit the same abstract more than once.

All abstracts must be in English.

For a correct abstract submission, please complete the online procedure step by step, as detailed below.

Affiliations: fill in the requested fields.

Authors: fill in the requested fields, namely Title, Family Name, First Name, Email (mandatory for the Presenting Author), Mobile Number (mandatory for the Presenting Author), Twitter Profile (optional), Primary Affiliation, Secondary Affiliation (if any).
Flag the Presenting Author by ticking the designated box. Enter Authors in the same order as that selected for print.

Short presentations session
Presentation types: Select Research or Case Study

Select Topic: select the abstract topic among those listed in the dropdown menu.

Abstract Submission
Title: Enter the FULL TITLE of your abstract (Max. 100 characters)
Text: Enter the text of your abstract (Max. 300 words). Text only, no pictures, tables or graphics.
Attachment Submission: Upload tables and/or images (if any). Only files with the following extensions are accepted: jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp, svg.
